Lil’Aug returns policy
Lil’August accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged products for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Items received after 15 days will be refunded via store credit.
The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided.
If you need to return an item please contact us with your order number via email and we will revert back shortly.
Lil’Aug Shipping policy
How long does it take for my goods to be processed?
We aim to ship gods within 7 – 10 business days of receiving your order.
Especially when the items are embroided as this is outsourced and done after a sale was made.
Please note we ship items on working days and weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can.
Door to door deliveries to Main centres and Regional areas are a standard R120.00
We do also allow collections at our Port Elizabeth factory – “House of Hoiden” at 33 Westbourne Road Central. If this is option is selected we will keep in touch to indicate a collection ready date.
Local courier deliveries take 1 -2 business days for Main centres and 2-4 business days for Regional areas.
Please note that we will not be liable for any damages or losses occurred due to the incorrect delivery address or absence of the recipient.
We use Globeflight couriers as our preferred courier company.

For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business. You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes.

The delivery charges referred to in our Shipping policy do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than South Africa. You are responsible for all such taxes and duties. We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
PRICING
All purchases via the website are transacted in South African Rand.
Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
